The Trails

If you are looking for an upscale area with large custom houses on an acre or more, then the Trails of Rancho Bernardo may be just the ticket.

The Trails is a wonderful wooded area off Pomerado Road. This development has decidedly rural feel yet it is located right in the heart of Rancho Bernardo. Construction began in the Trails in the 70s and continued through the 80s.

There are lots of trees and the roads wind through the hills in an almost random fashion. And here you will find some of the most spectacular homes you can imagine. Many Trails homes are blessed with views that make your eyes pop out!
