Eastview

Eastview is super residential area located between Escala Drive and the Rancho Bernardo Inn. There are a combination of detached homes and attached townhomes here.

There were three phases of Eastview construction, beginning in the early 80s and finishing in the late 80s. Floorplans vary from phase to phase.

Some Eastview homes are perched on hillsides with spectacular easterly views of the Rancho Bernardo Inn golf course and the mountain ranges beyond.

Residents here are members of two recreation facilities – The Eastview Club, which offers pool, spa, and tennis, and the very family-oriented Rancho Bernardo Swim and Tennis Club.

One interesting feature is the fact that all Eastview homes, including the detached homes, are condominium ownership. So you own your structure but, rather than owning your specific lot, you would own say one tenth of the land that ten homes occupy.

There are no age restrictions here. However, for some reason, there aren’t many families with children in Eastview.
