Bernardo Hills

Bernardo Hills, one of the original developments of Rancho Bernardo, is located at the southeast corner of Rancho Bernardo Road and Pomerado Road.

These single family homes were built in the late 60s and early 70s. Most are single story homes though there are a few two story houses.

This area is very popular for several reasons. First, the location offers very convenient access to I-15 straight west on Rancho Bernardo Road. And it is easy to get to services – Albertson’s, the newest supermarket in RB, is just across Pomerado.

If you are looking for a clean, quiet neighborhood with affordable homes, Bernardo Hills may be just the place. And there are no age restrictions here.
