The Greens

The Greens is a sprawling area of homes that surround the Rancho Bernardo Inn and the Country Club of Rancho Bernardo. If you are looking for a home with a dynamite golf view, you should check out the Greens.

This area was developed during the 1970s. Now, many people are buying these homes and completely gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, removing the popcorn ceilings and turning them into showplaces.

The Greens is mostly single family homes but there are some condo complexes in the Greens along Rancho Bernardo Road and Bernardo Center Drive.

The various areas of The Greens were built with vastly different styles. The Gaslamp area has a totally different feel from the Knolls or Greens East. There are both tract homes and custom homes, including many really solidly constructed houses by a famous local builder named Ross McQuorcadale.

Residents of The Greens have access to the Rancho Bernardo Swim & Tennis Club.
